Are you a group of 3 or more looking for luxury travel service to an event or day/night out? The High Society package caters to groups for events like bridal showers, birthday parties, concerts, girls night out, proms, sporting events, etc. and offers full service treatment. You can use the limo for pre-party events, multiple stops to pick up additional passengers, food, etc or to make stops for photo-ops, sightseeing or pictures along the way. 
The High Society Package is typically priced at an hourly rate, destination can be "as directed" and includes as many stops as you like before you arrive at your destination on your round trip.

how do i book a Luxury Car?

For your convenience, there are two ways you can book a "Riding with a Touch of Class" or request more information about our quality luxury car services, available for Philadelphia and surrounding counties rental bookings.

For the fastest luxury service possible, we recommend that you go to the booking page and submit the information we require to provide a quotation for the renting of a luxury SUV.

Make sure you have a major credit card available to make the deposit payment, know the number of passengers, the start and end points of your trip and the type of event.
Note you will be required to make a deposit of $100 or 30%, whichever is higher, to confirm your luxury car service rental.

Is My Credit Card Charged The Full Amount Before The Run?

You can choose to have the remaining balance charged to your credit card or pay cash at the first pick-up location.

Riding with a Touch of Class will pick you up anywhere in Philadelphia and take you anywhere in Philadelphia or neighboring counties (Delaware County, Montgomery County, Bucks County, Chester County) and neighboring states (New York, New Jersey, Delaware).Please be advised that point-to-point rides are charged as Hourly As-Directed rides, from Garage-Out to Garage-In where the PHL Airport is the Garage.

Is There A Minimal Number Of Hours For A Luxury Car Booking?

Yes. For wedding limousine services, in the peak season (May – October) usually five hours during the day.

How Far In Advance Should I Make My Reservation?

Popular dates and times fill up fast, so we recommend requesting a reservation for your private car as early as possible to avoid disappointment. 

Reservations are welcome as early in advance as possible but we suggest at least 3 hours in advance to pickup time for the maximum deadline to make a reservation.


Is It Possible To Tour Philadelphia For A Number Of Days, A Week Or Longer?

Absolutely!
Go ahead and choose the High Society Package even if you're a solo rider or a team so we can  accommodate all your needs.
We love our beautiful city of Philadelphia and you can count on us to make sure you have a phenomenal experience by taking you to the city's best hot spots and hidden gems.
Be sure to include/mention Philadelphia tour when you call or when booking online so we can prepare to accommodate all your needs.

Is My Luxury SUV Rental Deposit Refundable?

No. The reservation deposit on luxury car service rentals is non refundable. When you rent a luxury SUV, we put that vehicle on hold for you and do not book it for other clients. 
The final payment will not be charged as long as you cancel within 24 hours of your pick up date and time and receive in writing by email with conformation that we received the cancellation.



What If I Want To Change My Limo Pick-Up Or Destination?

If you are renting a limo that involves a point-to-point transfer (the V.I.P package), the price may change, depending on the distance travelled. If you booked luxury car service for a specific number of hours (the High Society Package), you can go anywhere you want. Is There A Minimum Age Restriction? Can children come in the vehicles?

Yes they can! We are great for birthday parties, graduations, sweet sixteen's and more. 

The contract must be signed by an adult 18 years or older, but older teens may ride in the bus without an adult. For children under 16, an adult 18 or older must be present.

Will Someone Be Waiting For Me At The Airport When I Arrive?

Yes, based on your scheduled reservation, we assign a chauffeur to pick you up. They will be at the airport at least 5 minutes before your flight is scheduled to arrive, and our state-of-the-art reservation system automatically keeps us posted about your latest updated arrival time.

Yes, we do. If you desire, we can accommodate your request by parking in Short-term Parking and meeting you with a sign as you enter the Baggage Claim area. Simply request “Meet and Greet” at the time you make your reservation, whether online or by phone.

How Do I Coordinate With My Chauffeur For Pickup?

1. Meet and Greet - Here's how it works:
If you’ve ordered the “Meet and Greet” service, then your chauffeur will be holding a sign with your name or your company name as you enter the Baggage Claim area. He or she will escort you to the short-term parking garage which Philadelphia International Airport requires us to use if we wish to leave our vehicles unattended.
Otherwise, coordinating pickup is as easy as 1-2-3:

A. When you deplane, Please follow the signs to Baggage Claim and/or Limo.
B. Proceed through Baggage Claim and follow the Ground... Transportation signs for Limos, Sedans & Van Services/Zone 6.

What If My Flight Is Delayed, Cancelled Or Rescheduled?

In the event that your flight is delayed, your chauffeur will make adjustments in order be sure that someone is there to pick you up later. The technologies we deploy help our chauffeurs track your flight and plan around any delay. The first 30 minutes of delay is on us; subsequent wait times are $25 per 15 minute segment. If your flight will be delayed more than 90 minutes, we’ll probably re-assign your driver and only charge you for one hour of wait time...

In the event your flight is cancelled and won’t be arriving that same day, then we request that you call your chauffeur at your earliest opportunity to find out if they will be able to pick you up at the new time. They will then either change their plans accordingly or coordinate with Dispatch as necessary to ensure that there will be someone there to pick you up when you arrive at the rescheduled time.

In the event your flight is rescheduled and you provide us with at least a three-hour notification, there won’t be any additional charges. However, we respectfully request that you be mindful of the impact on our chauffeurs when you decide whether they are deserving of a tip. Again – extra tips are never expected but always appreciated at Riding with a Touch of Class.

I'm Traveling With Young Children. Are Car Seats Required?

Yes. By law in PA, young children need special safety seats. But Riding with a Touch of Class’s got it covered. We have car seats available upon request and it's free of cost.

Pennsylvania's guidelines specify:

Infants and toddlers must ride in rear-facing car seats, and children who are less than 4 feet 9 inches tall or younger than age 8 need a booster seat. After age 8, children should always wear a seat belt. Children 12 years of age and younger should ride in a back seat.

At the time you make your reservation, help us to help you by making a special request for the car seats or booster seats you will need so that we can bring them with us at the time we pick up you and your children. You are also welcome to bring your own. In either case, we let you set them up so you can be sure to get it right!

 Do You Allow Eating Or Drinking In Your Vehicles?

Definitely. We generally provide Chilled Sparkling/Mineral Water & Chocolate/Mints on most rides, and permit bring-your-own snacks and soft drinks as well. We are have add-on ugrades where we're happy to pick up your meal as well.

On private luxury tours, we encourage eating along the way if that’s what you desire. And, we can also help you find the places the locals frequent when your preferences or fine-dining options are unavailable.


Do you provide alcoholic beverages on your luxury SUV?

By law, Luxury SUV Rides can’t provide alcohol. However, adults 21 and over are permitted to bring your own and drink alcohol in chauffeur driven limousines in Pennsylvania. While your Luxury SUV Rides vehicle is not a stretch limousine, it is does have a Limousine Permit to provide for-hire contracted transportation services. Your chauffeur is licensed as a limousine driver with a Public Passenger Vehicle Driver’s License.

If there are those who are under 21 years of age who are going to be in the vehicles, there cannot be any alcohol. If everyone is over 21 years old, you may drink till your hearts content.

Please note: Getting sick in the SUV is a $200.00 fee and damage to the vehicle will be taken out on the credit card you have on file.

No, smoking on the bus is a $100.00 fee, getting sick on the bus is a $200.00 fee and any burns or damage to the SUV will be taken out on the credit card you have on file.

Can We Bring Our Own Music Or Watch TV In The Luxury SUV?

Absolutely!
Our aim at Riding with a Touch of Class is to make you feel like a celebrity. Our luxury SUV is fully equipped with powerful stereo systems, your choice of the playlist, specialty lighting options, televisions,  and more.

Watch a film with your best friends, or hook directly into our system to play your favorite music and sing along to your favorite band on your way to their concert. You're welcome to  take full advantage of our many other assorted amenities to make a good night into a great one.

What Am I Responsible For As A Customer?

All we expect is that you return the luxury SUV to us in the same clean condition that it was given to you in. If any purposeful damage is done by you or your party, you will be responsible for the costs of repair. Just think of it as, anything you bring onto the SUV, comes off of the SUV with you at the end of the night.
